Refunds & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging.
• Certain items such as perishable goods, customized products, and blind boxes are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns

• Contact us at contact@orbitopia.at to initiate a return.
• Include your order number and a brief explanation for the return.
• We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.
• Items must be shipped back within 7 days after the return label is issued.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@orbitopia.at. We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
• Personal care items (e.g., toothbrushes, cosmetics).
• Custom-made or personalized items.
• Gift cards.
• Items marked as "final sale."
• Blind box or mystery box items.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card company as processing times may vary.
