Provided the conditions in our Refund & Returns Policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us. Please contact customer service at contact@orbitopia.at to request a return. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items must be shipped back within 7 days after the return label is issued.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and be in the original condition as purchased, unused, in the original packaging, with all labels/tickets attached (if applicable).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund (unless otherwise agreed in writing). Please note that original delivery costs are excluded from the refund, unless goods are returned in accordance with your statutory rights (e.g., they are faulty or not as ordered).
